Burrito El Jefe
Generous, hearty, and built to send you home with leftovers — paired with rice and beans.
Guest FavoriteSlow-built sauces, hand-chopped guacamole, and a Sunday buffet the whole county shows up for — from a kitchen that's kept its word for over two decades.

Our Story
Alfredo opened Cinco de Mayo with a simple idea: cook the way his own family cooked, and treat every table like it belonged to someone he loved. Two decades later, his wife and sons still run the business the same way — same recipes, same welcome, same insistence that you leave fuller than you came.
Regulars don't just order off the menu here — they ask for what they've always had, and the kitchen remembers. That's the whole point.
Every Sunday
Full spread, made fresh, refilled all afternoon — our Sunday buffet has become the reason families plan their whole day around Cinco de Mayo.
